The location is strategic. The price was also affordable. It stated additional charge may occur in booking . com, so we weren't sure what it means when we book the room. During check in we needed to add RM20 from the paid amount via booking. We agreed to add RM20 since the price seems cheap for the big room. Sharing this here for others to consider if they wanna stay here. Overall, we are happy with the stay. Thank you.

Location is walking distance to one of the local popular breakfast area, Kopitiam Kita. Within city center area and near to many tourist attraction places.

I liked the big room which was very comfortable. It is quite an old property but for the price of RM57, it was really good value. I will stay here again if I come back to Kota Bahru

A very nice family run business who made me feel at home from the moment I arrived till the moment I left. Good airconditioning and fan. Room big enough and very clean. All in all, very good value and would certainly recommend.

The homeowners are very friendly, always greeting us whenever they see us, the location was also very good, in the heart of Kota Bharu itself making travels to main attractions quite short. The beds and all utilities are well maintained. Definitely recommend this to everyone
